Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
- We accept returns for wrong items, factory defects, or size issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Sale and promotional items are final and cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery by phone, email, or social media.
- Provide your order details, reason for return, and a photo if possible.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process
- Once approved, you may return the product to our store or via courier (shipping at buyer’s expense unless the error is ours).
- Refunds are issued through your original payment method (GCash, bank transfer) or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Allow up to 7 business days after we receive the item for your refund or exchange to be processed.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via GCash or bank transfer only.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or missing tags/packaging.
